This includes things like authorization plugins, browser extensions, Kernel extensions, launch items, library inserts, login items, and even Spotlight importers. Each entry shows how many files were found, whether they're signed or unsigned (yep, there's an icon for that), along with other important details and their full address path.

VirusTotal Integration

The best part? KnockKnock works with VirusTotal! This means it checks your files against one of the largest anti-malware databases out there. After scanning, you'll get a detection ratio. If it finds any known malware, both the name and the VirusTotal button will turn red—definitely something to pay attention to!

Easy File Management

You can easily open any file using Finder by clicking the "show" button. If you're curious about more details like hash or size info, just hit the "info" button for all that good stuff!

A Small Drawback

Now, while we think KnockKnock is awesome, it does have one little downside: there isn't a delete option right in the app. Sure, you can find the file in Finder and delete it manually—but having a delete button in KnockKnock would make things quicker.
