Key Organizer is a super handy tool that helps you keep track of all the keys you need in a master system. It’s perfect for managing the security of buildings and offices, plus it helps you monitor who’s responsible for those keys. You can even store records of where each room is located!

This software makes it easy to manage the safety setup of a building and keep an eye on the employees responsible for the keys. If you're an administrator of a large building, you’ll find it especially useful when issuing keys to employees, tenants, or customers.

For safety reasons, it's super important to monitor all your keys closely. Key Organizer simplifies this task with its organized tabbed structure. You can manage everything separately: buildings, doors, locking systems, keys, cabinets, employees, and even key handover terms.

Clear Overview of Your Buildings

The program lets you easily see which buildings or parts of a building you're in charge of. You can check out the doors and who holds the keys for each entryway. The Doors menu shows which keys match each door and who has access to them. Plus, you can also handle locks for cabinets or other storage areas.

Cylinder Management Made Simple

The Cylinders tab shows all the lock systems in your buildings along with how many keys are issued per lock. The Keys tab gives details about each door's issued keys, including how many there are, when they were issued, and who has them. Each tab even has a quick editing area for making updates easily!

Employee Database Handling

Key Organizer allows you to maintain a database of employees who've been given keys to doors or cabinets. The Handing Over tab helps you log issues like lost or damaged keys and keeps track of how they should be returned to their caretakers. You can also print individual sheets for every category you manage!
