jV (formerly known as PDBjViewer) is a free, easy to use tool to display molecular graphics of protein and nucleic acids.
jV is very useful for people that want to visualize molecule files, or browse various molecules from the Protein DataBase (PDB).
jV is written in the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
