There's also a search option where you can filter files by size. But keep in mind it looks through all folders on the site, so you can't just browse one folder at a time.

Caveats to Consider

Now, here's something to watch out for: IntelliTamper can crash sometimes (especially on Windows 7). This often happens when you try to add a new website while it's still scanning another one. It also uses up quite a bit of CPU and memory, so other things might slow down when you're running it.
