Easy to Use

This app saves you from wasting time on complicated setups. You can take it with you, so your schedule is always at hand. Just remember, it only works if you have Java Runtime Environment installed on your computer. The good news? Your registry entries stay safe while you use it!

Three Ways to Organize Your Time

GrindBox gives you three different ways to manage your time. You can access them from tabs: there’s a calendar, a weekly planner, and a to-do list. However, keep in mind that there’s some inconsistency between these tools, even though they all track the same time. So tasks made in one section won’t show up in another.

Calendar Features

When you're in calendar mode, you can add up to four events for any given day. Just click on the date, and you'll see slots where you need to fill in details like the event name, start and end times, plus any extra notes.

Weekly Planning Made Simple

The weekly planner displays days for the current week on a vertical timeline based on hours. Each hour is an open slot for adding tasks; all you need to do is write down what the event is.

Your To-Do List

The to-do list is straightforward too! You get plenty of empty fields where you just add the task name, notes, and completion status.

No Alerts or Reports?

Just be aware that GrindBox doesn’t send alerts for specific events or generate reports. This could lead to confusion if you're using it long term since you'll need to keep track of time yourself.
