GNOME Bluetooth is a fork of the bluez-gnome package, but focused on integration with the GNOME desktop environment. It includes OBEX file transfer utilities and a prototype device manager.

The GNOME Bluetooth (gnome-bluetooth) project is the first ever GNOME focused Bluetooth effort for Linux operating systems, allowing users to connect their Bluetooth devices, such as headphones, mouse, keyboard, smartphone, tablet, etc.

GNOME Bluetooth is part of the GNOME desktop environment, but it can also be downloaded and deployed as a standalone application if the requirements are installed.
