Fretboard is nothing more than a no-frills guitar chord finder tool for Linux. According to its developer, the feature set is intentionally restricted, mostly to make the app as appealing for beginners as possible. Speaking of simple apps, the only "feature" you will find in the app's menu is the option to clear the interactive guitar display/neck.

The app can be effortlessly installed directly from Flathub, but there's also a universal binary on the app's GitHub releases page. As expected, you can also build the app from source. Another neat aspect of Fretboard is that it's a GTK app that follows the GNOME Code of Conduct, which means it looks and feels modern, despite its general simplicity.
