User-Friendly Features

This program is designed to be user-friendly and lets you generate data analysis and detailed reports for any time period you choose. The fill-in form is straightforward—you just enter the date, description, category, VAT percentage, and the amount you're tracking. If it's income, put that in the Check in field; if it's an expense, use the Cost field.

Customize Your Experience

FGS - Cashbook also lets you customize its layout to fit your style! You’ll need to enter your name and address since they show up in every report. Plus, printing or exporting your data to Microsoft Excel files or text documents is really easy!

Support for Multiple Currencies

The program supports several currencies too! You can change the main tax name for each entry in the database. It automatically picks up the system date/time but allows you to change it if needed. Oh! And don’t forget—you can set a password for each cashbook you're managing.
