Fax Server Pro is a cool Windows app that makes handling faxes super easy. It’s designed with a user-friendly interface, so you won't have to stress out trying to figure it out. This software works on a client-server structure, which means it can automatically send faxes via email, broadcast them to multiple people at once, and even track who has read their faxes and who hasn't.

User-Friendly Setup Wizard

When you first open Fax Server Pro, a friendly wizard pops up to guide you through setting things up. You can create a new database right on your computer and protect it with a password so only you can access it. Plus, you get to choose where incoming and outgoing fax files will be saved. Need to set up devices for sending and receiving faxes? No problem! If the auto-detection doesn’t work well for your modem settings, you can tweak those manually.

Customizable Features

The wizard also lets you enter your area code and call prefixes. You can route incoming faxes straight to email and choose whether they come in TIF or PDF format. If you're into texting, there's an option for SMS notifications too!

Organized Fax Management

Once you're all set up and looking at the main app window, you'll see that everything is neatly organized. Sending, receiving, outgoing, incoming, and undelivered faxes are all in separate areas along with online users. Plus, Fax Server Pro lets you create an address book where contacts can be grouped however you like!

Advanced Management Tools

You can easily block unwanted calls and manage them later while getting stats on successful or failed outgoing calls. Contacts? They’re simple to import or export using CSV format.

More Features at Your Fingertips

If needed, change your database password or set rules for routing and sending faxes. You can edit fax properties or create a blacklist of blocked numbers too! Want to move your database file somewhere else? Go ahead! It even has an automatic feature that converts incoming faxes into PDF files.
