Evernote Batch is a super handy tool that makes it easy to manage multiple notes in Evernote all at once. With this program, you can work on any notebooks you have in Evernote and customize things like the background color of your notes, their titles, and even get rid of duplicate entries or empty tags.

Features of Evernote Batch

Evernote Batch comes packed with two main sets of features. The first one helps you change details about the notebooks, like altering the color of your notes or adjusting line spacing. You can even create new notes from a list!

Working with Multiple Notebooks

The best part? You can handle one notebook or several at the same time by simply checking the box next to their names. The workspace shows you exactly what's happening with each note in the chosen notebooks—whether everything is running smoothly or if there are any hiccups.

Importing Notes Made Easy

You can also import notes straight from Outlook into your selected notebook. Plus, it makes finding and deleting duplicates a breeze while also letting you clear out those pesky empty tags.

User-Friendly Access

To get started with Evernote Batch, you'll need to log in using your Evernote credentials. This gives you direct access to all your data. Once you're logged in, you'll see a list of all your notebooks on the left side of the screen.

Batch Renaming Notes

The Note tab includes some really cool functions like Series Note Title—a feature for batch renaming notes in your notebooks. You can swap out names for series titles that include fixed words along with incremental numbers or add prefixes and suffixes to existing names.

Create an Index and More!

With Evernote Batch, you can even create an index or table of contents based on bold lines found in each note. If there are specific styles used in tables within your notes, you can change those too! Plus, feel free to attach monthly calendars to any note within a certain notebook. Just click the triangle button to kick off any of these processes!
