Englo/Russian Translator is a handy tool made for easy translation between common Russian codepages and what's called "Volapyuk" coding. This means it can turn Russian text into phonetic English letters, and you can also go the other way around!

So, if you're in a software setup that doesn’t support Cyrillic—like some plain versions of UNIX—you can still write in Volapyuk. Later, you can translate it to KOI8 or WIN1251 when you're ready. It’s super useful for those tricky situations!
