Description
eGATU is a tool that allows users to easily transfer annotations to an input genome without the need of a reference.
You must import a FASTA or GenBank file describing a genome, and then click Run to annotate it.
If all coding sequences are found, the application begins to transfer the annotations.
The output is a GenBank format genome that can be saved or viewed as text. eGATU is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
