EasyTimeOff
EasyTimeOff is a super handy app made just for managers and business owners. It helps you keep tabs on your employees, their personal info, and even things like labor costs, attendance, holidays, and sick leaves. Plus, you can whip up detailed reports based on different criteria!
Organized Interface
This tool has a clean and easy-to-navigate interface. When you open it up, you'll see the home screen split into a quick view and six sections: company setup, add/change employee, time off, reports, and make-up time.
Getting Started
To kick things off, you'll need to add your company's details like name, address, city, state, zip code, work schedule days included in the calendar, and the max number of work hours. You can also set up a password for better security—it's recommended but not required.
Adding Employees
The next step is to enter each employee's info. Just put in their ID number, full name, hire date (and end date if needed), plus how many vacation days they get and sick leave allowed. If someone needs some time off, you’ll select the start and end dates along with the reason for their leave—whether it's paid or unpaid—and any extra notes if needed. No worries if someone has multiple leaves; they’ll all show up in a small table at the bottom of the window.
Advanced Features
But wait! There’s more! EasyTimeOff comes with a detailed list of filters so you can fine-tune your searches in the database. You can filter by hire date, last name, ID number, status—whatever works best for you! Plus, it lets you export reports to PDF, XLS or CSV files for when you need to dive deeper into your data.
