Earth3D is a cool program that lets you see our planet in real-time, and in 3D! It pulls data from NASA, USGS, the CIA, and even from the city of Osnabrück. How neat is that?
Explore the Earth Like Never Before!
With Earth3D, you get to view the whole planet from space. But wait, it gets better! You can zoom in really close until you can see countries, cities, and even individual houses. Of course, this works best in areas where there’s enough map resolution available.

What’s New in This Release?
This update has some exciting improvements! They’ve added a patch by Zhang Fan that makes it easier to rotate your view using the middle mouse button. Now you can rotate just like other similar programs do—by spinning around a point right on the planet's surface.
