Duklan is an open source web-based software specially designed for developers who want a highly configurable, multiuser, modular and event driven project management web application.
Duklan features locale support (English and Czech included), strong security (based on groups, users, roles and elementary rights), clean design, gadgets (a.k.a. mini applications), and auditing.
The can be easily integrated to other systems with gateways, and it already includes REST, HTTP, mail and SVN gateways. Duklan provides scripting support, including JavaScript, BeanShell, Jython, and Velocity, but you can add another scripting language.
Duklan also features a workflow module with a beautiful and modern graphics designer, central file repository with file versions, and its own wiki implementation.
