DeNovoGUI is a free and open source application designed from the ground up for de novo sequencing of tandem mass spectra.
In other words, the DeNovoGUI app provides you with an intuitive user interface for running the PepNovo+ de novo sequencing algorithm.
Being developed using Java, the DeNovoGUI utility is cross-platform and can be used on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
