Getting Started with Cypherix LE

The first time you launch Cypherix LE, it guides you through a simple setup process to create a secure drive on your system. Even if you skip this step, remember that you must create a drive before using other features.

Create Your Secure Drive

Cypherix LE allows you to create a virtual disk drive that you can carry anywhere. Ensure that the computer you use has Cypherix LE installed. You'll need to choose a name, disk size (limited to 100 MB in this version), and set a secure password for the drive.

User-Friendly Interface

After the drive is created, it is automatically assigned a letter for easy access. You can manage the drive from the main window where you can view content, unmount the image, or create additional volumes. It behaves like a regular removable drive in Windows Explorer.

Password Protection and Security

Your drive won't load automatically, so remember the password to access it. Be cautious about where you store the virtual drive file if you plan to retrieve stored files later.

Built-In File Encryption Tool

Cypherix LE features a built-in file encryption tool for added security. Setting it up is quick and easy - select files to encrypt, set a password, and choose if you want a self-extracting EXE file. You don't need Cypherix LE on the PC where you open the EXE.
