Create Quotes and Sales Events

The image on the left shows Quotes, which is one of the two new event types in Contact Plus Professional. A Quote lets you estimate when you think a sale will close for one of your contacts. You can even guess how likely it is that this customer will make the purchase! Remember, quotes are for potential sales.

Understanding Sales Transactions

The second new event type is Sales – these are transactions or completed quotes. This feature really helps track what's happening with your sales!
