Clan Lord is a super fun, classic role-playing game designed for macOS. In this game, you get to interact with other players, battle monsters, solve puzzles, and so much more! Plus, there are various NPCs (non-player characters) that help guide you along the way.
Storyline in Clan Lord
The world of Clan Lord is ruled by lord Mobius. He has decided that because of your past crimes against the Ascendancy, you must live in exile. This means you’ll have to move to Puddleby, a small outpost town located on the Lok’groton island chain. Here, you'll face off against monsters, learn powerful magic, and navigate through all sorts of political games.
User Interface Features
The user interface in Clan Lord is pretty neat! It has multiple windows that show different kinds of info. In the main window, you'll see the game map where you can click around to interact with characters and check out the game log.
If you want to keep an eye on things without switching screens too much, there’s a Text window at the bottom left corner for monitoring your log. On the top right corner, there’s a list of players currently online, while your inventory sits cozy in the bottom right corner.
Getting Started with Clan Lord
Ready to dive in? Start by heading over to the file menu to access the Character Manager window. You can use demo characters for some practice but if you're serious about saving your creations, you'll need to register for a Clan Lord account.
Diving into Gameplay
The next step? Jump into this virtual world! You can chat with other players and accept quests galore. Your character gets to collect all sorts of items too—your inventory has up to 30 slots which makes it easy to switch between them quickly!
