This software also lets you manage multiple companies, so if your business has different branches or divisions, you're covered! You can add your contact details which will show up on payment forms as headers. Plus, set up a bunch of users with different access levels—like admins or employees—to keep everything organized.



Easily Manage Your Database


The Administration tab is where you can easily add or change entries in your database. This includes things like customer info, service categories, products (depending on your business), taxes, and even financial periods. If needed, you can block certain activities for specific customers or deliveries to them.



Customizable Records Tab


The Records tab is where all the magic happens! Here you can set up delivery forms and invoices for clients while marking payments as completed. Once you've saved any form, printing or previewing it is as simple as clicking a button at the top of the window. You can even create a series of MIS reports using this dedicated tab!

The Challan and Invoice Printing System runs on a reliable database utility, so making backups of all your configured categories is easy-peasy! If something goes wrong with your data? No worries! Just use a backup file to restore everything back to normal. And while it's user-friendly overall, if you're logging in as an administrator, just remember to run the software in admin mode.
