Cephei Contact Manager is a handy app that makes it super easy to keep track of your personal and work contacts. You can add contact info, set up important appointments, and even create to-do lists or make calls—all in one place!

Easy-to-Use Layout

The layout of this tool is well-organized and user-friendly. You’ll find different sections for catalogs, notes, errands, projects, and to-do lists neatly arranged. When you first open the app, you’ll need to enter some basic details about your company like the name, address, phone number, email, and website (if you have one).

Importing Contacts

You can easily import contacts from Skype and Outlook. However, it would have been great if it also supported imports from Google and Yahoo! That way, you could gather all your important info in one spot.

Add New Contacts with Ease

When adding a new contact, the app asks if they are an individual or a company. Both types require similar information like full name and group assignments (like family or client). If you're adding a consultant, you'll also need to input their work hours for each day.

Quick Calling & Messaging

A cool feature is that you can call or message someone directly using their Skype number or email right from the app! Just click on the contact’s info to reach out quickly.

Create Projects & Appointments

If you're working on a project, just give it a name and choose its status (like closed or in progress). You’ll also set start/end times and budget amounts. Plus, planning appointments is straightforward: just fill in the subject title, pick your contact's name along with any necessary details like time and status.

Note Editor Limitations

One downside? The note editor isn’t very fancy—it lacks some formatting options that would let you customize your notes better.
