To create a database, first, you must put together the records. To create a record, press the "New Record" button found in File and a details page is opened to be filled in with information. The page includes three fields: Topic, Notes, and Readmore.
For instance, an archeologist needing to establish a catalog about findings can create a record for any item found, forming a database. Images can also be attached to improve the visibility of described elements.
