CARMA is a small application built to produce advices for rangeland grasshopper infestations happening in the western part of the United States.
CARMA comes with a built-in cropland advising module, that generates crop advices based on the selected pest infestation and location.
CARMA is written in the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
