When you first open Buddi, you'll notice the simple interface. You can create a new account by giving it a name, choosing the type (like cash, investment, savings, or credit card), and setting a starting balance along with any notes you want to add.

Creating Your Budget

Want to set up a budget? No problem! Just enter a name for it, pick a parent category, select how often you want to track it (like weekly, quarterly, or yearly), and decide if it's for income or expenses. You can even add some notes for clarity.

Your Financial Reports

One of the coolest features is the reporting section. Here you can see details like your average income and expenses over time. There are also pie charts that show how much you're spending vs. earning and lists of all your transactions. You can filter this info based on different time frames like the current week or month.

User-Friendly Features

Buddi makes managing your money even easier with options to import and export data, back up your files, synchronize information across devices, copy values between periods, and edit any scheduled transactions. It’s really handy!

Tweaking Your Preferences

You can customize everything from the 'Preferences' screen too! This lets you set automatic transaction info filling, hide deleted accounts or budget categories, show overdraft limits, add plug-ins for extra features, change languages or date formats—pretty much whatever suits your needs!
