Book Accounts is a super handy accounting software that's perfect for personal use and small partnerships. It helps you keep an eye on your bank accounts, credit card debts, savings, income, and expenses all in one place.

Getting Started with Book Accounts

When you first launch Book Accounts, it prompts you to create a new account. This allows you to set up budgets and bill accounts, plus edit any financial transactions. You can also add different types of accounts like 'Checking', 'Savings', or 'Credit Cards' right from the main toolbar.

Creating Your Accounts

To create an account, just right-click the tab that fits your needs. Enter a name for the account along with the starting date and either the ending balance from your last bank record or your current balance. If you want to make more than one account, simply hit the 'New' tab!

Edit Your Transactions Easily

For each of your accounts, editing deposits and withdrawals is straightforward! Just input the date and choose a category from a helpful drop-down list. You can also add extra details like a description, tax amount, how much money is involved, and any transfer orders. Once you've added this info, you'll even get to see a pie chart displaying your total checking balance—this shows how much has been added or subtracted from each account!

Track Your Financial History

You can easily access the history of all your deposits and withdrawals too! This means you’ll know exactly where your money has been going or coming from—and keep tabs on any debts.

A Flexible Finance Management Tool

Book Accounts isn’t just about tracking; it’s flexible enough for complete finance management! You can create detailed reports, generate graphs to visualize data, schedule important appointments, password-protect your account for security, print out schedules when needed, and even calculate loans and savings—all without needing to be an accounting whiz.
