The Astronomy & Space News sidebar gadget will display all the latest astronomy and space news. News is updated frequently, as press releases from the American Astronomical Society are received.
Each news story is linked to a webpage detailing the press release. The gadget will refresh every five minutes - therefore, if the computer is left on for long periods of time, the news will not become out-dated.
Likewise, if there is no internet connection available, it's possible the gadget will only show a black square. If this happens, connect to the internet and simply wait five minutes.
