Easy Installation

Supported File Types

You can easily open primer lists from files in the XPL format (which you created earlier with AmplifX). For target sequences, it supports various file extensions like ASC, ASCII, TEXT, TXT, GCP, FASTA, FAS, GB, STR, GENBANK or even XDNA. So no matter what you've got saved up, AmplifX likely has your back!

Cool Features

This software makes it easy to search for specific primers and set origins right at the insertion point. You can run PCRs smoothly and check all your primers without breaking a sweat. There’s also a slider to adjust speed and sensitivity while setting the amplicon maximum strength—how cool is that?
