Getting Started with AltDrag

As soon as you launch AltDrag, an icon pops up in your system tray. From then on, holding down the Alt key lets you move any selected window around your screen without dragging its title bar. Plus, if you don’t want that icon showing up all the time, you can hide it!

Customize Your Experience

The app gives you plenty of configuration options. For example, pressing Ctrl allows you to focus on different windows or scroll through inactive ones. You can also enable MDI support and make windows snap automatically to screen edges.

User-Friendly Hotkeys

You can set actions like resize or minimize for various mouse buttons: left, middle, right—plus more! By default, these work with the Alt key but feel free to change it up with other keys like Control or Windows keys.
