You can find it here: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator CS5/en_US/Plug-ins/. After that, just (re)start Adobe Illustrator and you’re good to go!
User-Friendly Usage
Usage: To use AI2Key, open or create an Illustrator document first. Then head over to File > Export > Keynote Document (key). What AI2Key does next is create a Keynote presentation with one single slide that matches the size of your AI document in pixels.
