ABBREVW is a handy Windows application that helps you keep track of abbreviations. With this software, you can easily view and manage a list of abbreviations and their meanings. Each abbreviation can be up to 7 characters long, while the explanation can have up to 69 characters.

Manage Your Abbreviations with Ease

The app lets you see one or more sorted lists of abbreviations, which makes it super easy to find what you're looking for. You can add new entries, update existing ones, or even delete them if you no longer need them. And if you're worried about duplicates? No problem! You can search for duplicates in just a few clicks.

Merge Lists Together

If you've got multiple abbreviation lists floating around, ABBREVW allows you to merge them into one single list. This way, everything is organized and right where you need it!

Intuitive Interface

The program has a user-friendly interface that makes navigation a breeze. You won't have to spend ages figuring out how to use it—everything is straightforward!

Remember Your Settings

One cool feature is that ABBREVW saves your last used settings in a file called ABBREVW.SET. So, when you open it again, it'll remember your previous abbreviation file windows. This setting file usually lives in the same folder as the program itself, but if you want to keep things separate, you can specify a different folder using a DOS environment variable named SETTING.
