Guest Management Made Easy


With ABACUS - Checker, you'll find two main windows. One is for guest accommodations, while the other focuses on administrative tasks. On the front end, you can easily check the list of guests currently staying at your hotel, see who’s expected next, or find out which rooms are available.



Add or Remove Reservations


You can quickly add or remove reservations by filling out a simple form. Just enter the guest's contact details and specify how many people are staying and how many rooms they need. The check-in and check-out processes are smooth since they’re based on the guests already in the system. Plus, you can print reports about housekeeping status whenever needed.



Manage Administrative Tasks


The secondary menu gives you access to all the admin side of things. This software can generate detailed reports, fare tables, and management sheets that help keep everything organized. You’ll also be able to monitor inventory levels, room prices (including seasonal rates), payment methods, minibar restocking schedules, and even employee shifts.



User Experience Challenges


While ABACUS - Checker lets you quickly access its features, some users find its interface tricky to manage or resize. Tooltips are disabled too, which makes it harder for anyone new to figure things out right away. Also, sometimes data doesn’t save properly—so you might have to re-enter information more than once!
