What is it
------------------

File Chopper is a Program which chopps/ splits a file into smaller segments. 
Later,the file can be combined again. The Advantage of this program is that 
the user doesnot need to have this Program for combining the files. Meaning, 
any user can get the splitted file and combine them by using a batch file
( of 1 KB generated by the program ).


Current Limitations
--------------------

Currently, there are some limitations of the program

1.) When, a large file ( of size > 200 MB ) is chopped, it appears that the 
program has freezed, but this is not the case. Actually the program is working 
but there is no progress bar showing it. I am working on it, and hopefully this 
will be implemented soon.

2.) Currently, there is no option for Password protected File. 



Chopping a File
--------------------

Click on File ->  Chopp File . Browse and Select a File, Then specify the segment. 
Finally click on the button apply. Wait a few mins.. and u will see the confirmation


Combining a File
----------------

Click on File ->  Combine File . Browse and Select a File. Wait a few mins.. 
and u will hopefully see the confirmation

For a Batch File, just Click on the batch( run the batch file ).. and u will see the
combined file in a few mins.
