ZMatrix is a fun application that can run in two cool modes: as a screen saver or as a desktop wallpaper. When you use it as a screen saver, it takes over your whole screen and hides everything on your desktop, which gives it a really neat look.

Screen Saver Mode

In screen saver mode, ZMatrix goes full screen. This means you can't see any of your desktop icons or taskbar – just the awesome flow of characters! It makes for a striking visual experience.

Wallpaper Mode

Now, if you prefer to have ZMatrix running as your wallet paper, you can still see your taskbar while the program slowly covers your icons and wallpaper with falling letters. Plus, there's this cool transparency effect that lets you catch glimpses of your wallpaper image through the flowing characters. It's like having art and tech combined!

Customizing Your Experience

If you're someone who loves personal touches, you'll enjoy the configuration window in ZMatrix. You can create your own color scheme! Change everything from the background color to the character colors. Want to change how the letters look? You can switch up the font style, size, and color too! A bigger font size with different colors can really make things pop.

Adjusting Flow Settings

You also get to play around with how fast the characters flow down the screen. Do you want more letters to appear at once? Or maybe control how they disappear? The developer even added a fun feature where you can hide a special message among all those symbols. The default is "The Matrix has you," but feel free to come up with something meaningful for yourself!
