This app has a really clean and easy-to-use interface. Even if you've never used an app like this before, you'll find it welcoming. It lets you map out your workouts for every day of the week so you won't forget anything and can avoid going too hard on yourself.
When you open the app, you'll see seven colorful tiles representing each day of the week. Just click on the day you want to work out, and start filling in all the details!
You can enter things like the name of your workout, which muscles you're targeting, how many sets and reps you're doing, the weight you're lifting, plus your rest times and cardio breaks. This might be enough for those new to working out but if you're into more complex routines, it could feel a bit limited. For example, if you're doing pyramid training, you'd need to fill in several rows just for one workout!
One little downside is that there's no option to print out your workout plan directly from the app. That could be useful if you'd rather have a hard copy while you're at the gym.
