xxHash is a cool open-source tool that helps you create and check hash values for executable files on Windows. It's super helpful when you want to ensure your files are safe and sound!

Speedy Performance

One of the best things about xxHash is how fast it works. Seriously, it’s lightning quick! This library has different algorithms to choose from: there's XXH32, which uses 32-bit arithmetic, XXH64, which goes for 64-bit, and then there's XXH128, which uses vector-based arithmetic for even more power.

User-Friendly Package

The package you download includes the XXHSUM app. You can run this through your command console, which is pretty straightforward. Plus, if you need help with the commands or functions, there’s an extended help file available!

Selecting Your Hash Algorithm

You’ll love how easy it is to pick the hash algorithm before you start. By default, xxHash uses big endian format, but don’t worry—you can change that setting if you prefer little endian instead. Also, with XxhSUM, you can verify checksum data too! It’ll even give you a heads-up if there are any issues with improperly formatted checksum lines.
