xTeam is a handy Mac OS X application that helps you manage your team's activities and keep track of events. It's super important to manage resources and time well to make sure any project is successful. With xTeam, you can easily consider things like the weekly work schedule, holidays, and any absences when planning.

Easy Installation

Installing xTeam is a breeze! Just drag and drop the app’s icon into your Applications directory. Remember, it won't run from anywhere else. So, it's as simple as that!

Import Contacts Effortlessly

The first time you open xTeam, it will ask if you want to import contact details from your Contacts app on OS X. This means you won't have to type everything out manually, making it much easier to keep track of your team members.

Create Your Team Database

Next up, you'll want to create a new database for all your team’s schedules. By default, xTeam sorts your resources into management, sales, and staff categories. You just need to enter each team member's details and customize their working schedule along with any planned days off.

Organize Assignments Easily

Your team's tasks are organized into different categories too! Even though xTeam comes with some predefined groups, feel free to rename them or change their color tags. You can even create new categories if you'd like! Scheduling tasks is simple: just drag and drop them onto the calendar view on the right day of the week.

Generate Activity Reports

xTeam automatically creates activity reports for both the whole team and individual members. It’s super easy—just switch viewing modes to check out these documents whenever you need!

Remote Access Made Simple

If remote access is enabled, anyone on your team who has the xTeamView app can see the team's schedule from anywhere! How cool is that?
