With XnConvert, you can keep an eye on how your conversion is going. In the Settings tab, you get to decide if you want to save your action list when exiting or if you want your photos rotated based on EXIF metadata. This area also lets you customize default settings for formats like Camera RAW, PS/PDF, OpenEXR, HDRI, RAW, and PCD.

If you're looking to jazz up your images, the Actions window lets you add various effects easily from a drop-down menu. Want to see how it looks? Just check out the Preview area where you can see your image before and after applying any effects!
