Workspaces is a super handy tool that keeps everything you need for your projects in one place. Imagine being able to launch all your resources and get to work in just seconds!

Organize Your Projects Easily

The Workspaces app lets you set up multiple projects without any hassle. You can manage all sorts of resources like files, folders, apps, emails, or even URLs. If you're working on coding or tech stuff, you can even open a folder right in a Terminal window!

User-Friendly Interface

You'll find Workspaces hanging out in your status bar, but to really make the most of it, you'll want to dive into the workspace editor window. Here's where you can group your resources however you like! You can create as many groups as you need and pack them with different items of the same type.

Customize Your Workflow

One cool feature is that you can choose which app to use when opening a specific folder or file. Plus, if there's a particular URL you'd rather not open in your default browser, no problem! You can pick another one.

Launch Resources Quickly

When you're ready to start working, just hit the Start button at the bottom of the status bar menu. All your configured resources will pop up automatically! If you'd rather take it slow and launch them manually, just double-click on what you need from the Workspaces menu.

Stay Productive

A little heads-up: Workspaces only kicks off apps and opens files or folders for you. Once you're done using them, you'll need to close everything yourself. But since starting new projects is almost instant with this app, you'll definitely notice an uptick in your productivity!

Hotkeys and Alerts for Efficiency

If you're big on shortcuts, you'll love that Workspaces supports hotkeys for opening both the workspace browser and editor. And if that's not enough, it can even send audio alerts when it's busy doing things automatically!
