Wing Helper is a cool tool made just for RC plane modelers. This 3D CAD editor lets you dive into custom designs, so you’re not stuck with just ready-made plans when you're building new models.

This app comes packed with a bunch of built-in airfoils, but guess what? You can also bring in your own data using DAT or COR file formats! When you're done with your projects, you can save them in the app's own format or export them as DXF files.

When you open Wing Helper, the main window lets you focus on designing the wings for your next model plane. It’s super easy to create new wing panels and explore tons of customization options!

Adjust Everything You Need

The app gives you full control over panel length, root and tip chord, sweep, root and tip twist, or dihedral angles. Plus, you can pick which airfoil to use and whether to align ribs.

Fine-Tune Your Design

The panels configuration window is where things get really detailed. You can change the number and thickness of ribs, control the spars and edges, and even choose what type of sheeting to use!

Visualize Your Project

You can see your design from all sorts of angles by simply dragging it around. The app also has some handy view presets that make switching modes quick and easy.

Tweak Visibility Settings

You have the option to toggle visibility for different elements like ribs, spars, sheeting, leading edges—whatever helps you best visualize your project! You can also adjust how transparent your model appears.
