You have a couple of ways to use this tool. You can either minimize one program at a time or send them all to the tray at once! There are hotkeys you can set up too, which makes things even more practical—though don't get too excited about that!

The Panic! Button

A Few Drawbacks

One thing to note is that while you can create hotkeys for minimizing windows, restoring them only works through the tray icon. It's a little strange not having a shortcut for that since it would have been easy enough to add.

Overall, we think WinBoss Classic sits somewhere between being average and really useful. It’s user-friendly and those hotkeys definitely help out, but it feels like something's missing since restoring windows relies solely on the tray icon. Plus, there haven't been updates for a while now, leaving us wondering what’s next for this app.
