What is WebMaster?
WebMaster
WebMaster is pretty cool! It lets you turn your computer into a mini web server. This means you can share all kinds of info with others. You can do things like webcam sharing, keep time in sync, and refresh IP addresses. The only thing you need is an internet connection or a local network for everything to work smoothly.
Getting Started
Before diving in, make sure to run the program with administrator privileges. This helps it gather all the details it needs. Trust me, it's important!
User-Friendly Design
The design is super simple and easy to navigate. There’s a side panel that gives you quick access to settings for the web server, camera, time server, IP refreshing, and general system configurations. Each section has multiple tabs to help you manage everything easily.
Configuring Your Web Server
To set up your server, you'll need to specify where the program is located and point to an index file—make sure it's in HTML or HTM format. You can even create a custom index file if you're feeling creative!
Using the Camera Feature
The camera feature is awesome for previews! You can adjust display options like video size, effects, snapshots, overlay info, save locations, snapshot frequency—and whether or not to save data directly to FTP servers.
IP Refreshing Made Easy
If you want to refresh your IP address, WebMaster makes it easy! Just gather the target PC's IP address from an HTML or JS template and configure it by specifying a remote FTP server for uploads.
Create Your Custom Gateway
This software really shines when it comes to creating a custom gateway for sharing and saving different types of information. Just remember that you'll need an internet connection (or local network access) along with various options for setting up your camera, time server, IP refreshing features—all while connecting through an IP address.
How Download Works
