This program has a super attractive interface. Plus, it comes with a handy weather ticker you can keep on your desktop. This way, you’re always in the loop about the latest weather updates without needing to open the full program!
Main Features of Weather Depot
The Weather Depot software has three main components that work seamlessly on your computer desktop:
Main Weather Window or Console
This is the heart of Weather Depot. It’s an 800 x 600 pixel window where all your weather content—like forecasts, graphics, and animations—comes to life. If your screen is set to that resolution, consider bumping it up for an even better experience!
Desktop Icon
You’ll see a little sun icon titled 'Weather Depot' on your desktop after installation. If you prefer not to have this icon there, no worries—you can skip it during setup.
Temperature Icon
Your current temperature will always be visible in your icon tray! It shows the temperature for your first saved location. Just click on it to pop open the main Weather Depot console and get more detailed info.
Ticker Feature
The ticker sits at the bottom of your desktop and gives you updated conditions and forecasts for all of your saved locations—no need to have the main console open all the time!
