If you're tired of moving your mouse around all the time, VSCO Keys can help you save loads of time. This is especially handy if you're working on a big screen!

Installing VSCO Keys Made Easy

Installing the VSCO Keys plug-in is pretty simple. Just make sure to close Adobe Lightroom first. Then, download the VSCO Keys archive and run the installer that comes with it.

Setting It Up in Lightroom

Once you've installed it, open up Adobe Lightroom again. Head to the file menu, find the Plug-ins Manager, and add VSCO Keys from your Applications directory.

Troubleshooting Installation Issues

You might hit a bump here though. During our test, when we tried to activate the plug-in using the license code, it kept asking for the system admin key and wouldn’t go through. Super annoying!

To fix this issue, just open your System Preferences window, go to Security settings, and add VSCO Keys to allow it to control your Mac. Unfortunately, there's no hint about needing to do this—so you might feel like you're on your own!

Using Your Custom Layouts

After installation, you'll see a little menu in your status bar where you can choose which keyboard layout you want while working in Adobe Lightroom. The plug-in already has 2 pre-installed layouts that you can edit online.
