User-Friendly Interface

The main screen of vGallery features a Menu window where you can find everything you need: the Address Book, Artists, Works, Books, Events, Invoicing, Press, Reports, and Archive. It’s all organized so you can quickly get to what you're looking for.

Display Modes for Better Viewing

Each section has three display options: Record, List, and Thumbnails. The Record mode shows all the details of individual items; the List mode gives you a full list of everything; and the Thumbnails mode lets you see images of all items at once.

Stay Connected with the Address Book

The Address Book feature is perfect for keeping track of contacts! You can store and edit phone numbers (work or mobile), addresses, invoices—basically anything you might need to remember.

Create Artist Entries Easily

In the Artists window, adding new artist entries is a breeze! Just plug in their names and details like their biography. Plus, if you're looking for someone specific, there's a search box right on the main toolbar to help you out.

Manage Artwork Details Efficiently

The app also has a separate area dedicated to managing works of art. You can enter important information like size, location in the gallery, availability status, price—everything that helps keep your gallery running smoothly.
