Developed for the Opera platform, Urban Dictionary is a widget that allows you view the latest entries on UrbanDictionary.com. It can be easily installed and configured, even by less experienced users.
The interface of the app is based on a small frame where you can check out the newest words added to the Urban Dictionary database. Clicking one of them reveals definitions and examples, in the same way the website does.
Plus, you can check out the date and time when the entry was added, create a favorite list, send an entry to a friend via email, as well as open a word's entry directly in UrbanDictionary.com
The lightweight widget does not put a strain on the computer's resources, as it runs on a very low amount of CPU and system memory. It has a good response time and didn't cause the operating system to freeze, crash or pop up error dialogs.
On the downside, widgets are no longer supported by Opera, since the company has switched to extensions. In other words, Urban Dictionary shall not be receiving further updates, and it doesn't work on newer Opera editions. But, all in all, Urban Dictionary should please all users who are fans of the UrbanDictionary.com website.
