Once you've figured out what’s wrong with a device, fill in the resolution details in the 'Service & Repair' tab. Then move on to the 'System Check-out' form which can be printed or emailed directly to your customer.
TS Man also includes a dispatcher for organizing tasks, a scheduler for planning workdays, and a report generator for keeping track of everything.
