User-Friendly Interface

At the bottom of the window, you'll find options to choose how you want to encrypt your data and adjust the security levels. The icons on the right are what you’ll click to get things going!

Real-Time Results

You can see results in real-time as you work with both text and files. One thing that might trip you up a bit is when you switch between decrypting and encrypting; it’s not super intuitive since the fields don’t swap automatically. Just remember, when decrypting, put your text in the second box.

Text and File Encryption

No worries though! Once you get past that little bump, using Top Secret feels pretty natural. There are two modes available: text and files. For text encryption, you've got three methods to choose from: “Decimal Digitization,” “Binary Digitization,” and “Alphanumerical Dig.” You can also pick security levels based on how safe you want your data.

Protect Your Files Easily

If you're dealing with files, just follow similar steps! You can enter the file name and extension manually or easily browse for them anywhere on your computer.

Password Protection Feature

A neat feature of this app is its password protection! You can add up to five passwords to keep everything under wraps.

A Few Bugs Here and There

However, we did hit a snag during testing with one option called “Toggle Language.” It caused an error that forced us to close out of the app completely—definitely something they need to fix!
