Description
Tintii is an open source and free graphical software that takes full-color photos and processes them into black and white images, with some select regions highlighted in color, a technique known as selective coloring or color popping.
Here's how the software works: it takes a color photo and cleverly separates it into a handful of major hues. Then, the user select which colors to pop, and the rest becomes black and white automatically.
Tintii is distributed as a standalone software, as well as plugins for the Photoshop, Photoshop Elements and Paint Shop Pro applications, letting users apply selective colour effects in alongside tools like desaturation brushes, batch processing and scripting.
