Customizable Entry Screens

When you have Time Limit Manager installed, each computer shows a welcoming entry screen that displays your organization’s own Usage Policy Statement. Users can’t access the computer until they enter a valid PIN and agree to the policy.

Reservation Tickets for Easy Access

You can hand out valid PINs through reservation tickets. This means you can quickly print these tickets with your specific time limit rules. Whether it’s one public computer or thousands across a network, this feature works great!

Remote Monitoring Made Simple

TLM also allows librarians to keep an eye on all computers remotely. On their own screens, librarians can see what’s going on with every public access computer—like which ones are in use, idle, or offline. They even have the ability to view screenshots, end sessions early if needed, and send messages reminding users about proper usage.

User-Friendly Countdown Timer

An unobtrusive countdown timer appears on each public access computer so patrons know how much time they have left before everything automatically shuts down. A couple of reminders pop up shortly before their session ends too!
