One of the coolest things about Time-Keeper is that it saves you from wasting time on complicated setups. It's super portable! You can run it from a USB flash drive without messing with your Windows settings. So, whether you're at home or on the go, you can use it anytime.

User-Friendly Interface

The main screen of Time-Keeper is compact and user-friendly. You can track hours in two simple ways: one way counts total working hours until you hit Stop, while the other lets you quickly add hours for any user with just a few clicks.

Limitations to Keep in Mind

But, there's a catch! The first method locks itself to one specific user. If you want to add time for someone else, you'll need to do that manually since there’s no option to start multiple timers at once.

Your Data Is Organized

All your tracking results go straight into a database. There’s even a button to open it up, but you'll need Microsoft Access installed because that's how the data is set up. It creates a default list of jobs and actions so you're not starting from scratch.

Add Your Own Resources

You get to choose how you want to use your resources! The options menu allows you to jot down functions or user names and add them easily. However, don't expect much in terms of controls or exporting options unless you're managing everything through Access.
